Early Learning Connection is a key action to help ease workforce pressures in the sector,
through collaborating for long-term, sustainable and system-wide changes.
Early Learning Connection is a key action in the ACT Government’s Workforce Strategy for Early Childhood Education and Care Profession.
The program is facilitated by Baringa to support the sector across the ACT.
Employer support is available as a free service for ACT early learning centres. By understanding your needs, our aim is to help ease the critical workforce shortages across our profession.
