It will be an informal gathering for the Baringa Family to come together, celebrate this year's achievements and learn about exciting plans for next year. Light refreshments will be provided.

Baringa families and community members to RSVP by Monday 15 Nov 2021, 5pm for catering purposes. Places have been reserved for Baringa staff.

Joining the Board is an opportunity to be part of the governance and strategic direction of an innovative leader in early childhood education and the Not For Profit sector.<p>
Board Members are provided with mentoring, support and training, such as through[ Australian Institute of Company Directors][2] and [Justice Connect][3]. The Board meets approximately 6 times a year, with Board Committee Meetings out of session.

The Baringa Board is comprised of volunteer Board Members with a range of expertise and a commitment to enhancing early childhood education for the community. As we approach this year's AGM, we have some upcoming vacancies.
Board Positions are open to Baringa families and members of the community. Although staff are unable to be on the Board, we encourage you to nominate candidates and remember to vote.
Board membership and elections are are outlined in the Baringa Constitution and By-Laws. The Returning Officer for the 2021 Board Elections is Executive Officer, PJ Aguilar.
