+ BUSINESS MANAGER (Closing 9 March 2026)
Role Overview
The Business Manager is responsible for the business management of the organisation. This includes, but not limited to, financial management, human resources, procurement, audits and evaluations and ongoing business and centre improvement.
The Business Manager is part of the organisation’s Management Team, works directly to the Chief Executive Officer and assisted by the Administration Team, bookkeeper and accountant. The role supports Board reporting including for the Finance, Risk and Audit Board Committee and Employee Relations Board Committee, budget development, financial monitoring and risk management.

Role Overview
Be part of Baringa's Leadership Team.
We invite applications from experienced Team Leaders, with at least 3 years experience and a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
Lead a team of educators to develop and deliver an education program for a specific age group. This will be a full-time role, supported by Management and the Leadership Team.
Your pay will be determined by your qualifications. Please see Baringa's Enterprise Agreement and Children’s Services Award 2010.

The Assistant Team Leader will act during a Team Leader's scheduled leave periods, to ensure continuity in Baringa's support for children, families and educators.
