Baringa’s Enterprise Bargaining Agreement
Baringa’s Enterprise Agreement has been approved by the Fair Work Commission and took effect on 28 April 2023.
What’s an EBA?
An EBA or Enterprise Bargaining Agreement sets out the minimum terms and conditions of employment between an employer and their employees. The purpose of the EBA is to provide organisations and their employees with a framework that is simple, flexible, and reasonable for both parties, improving productivity within the organisation.

4 April: Commissioner Member has reviewed our application and requested further information to assist in the assessment.
6 April: Baringa Management provided requested response, in consultation with EBA Staff Working Group and Board
